The winner of the Clinical Individual Award is…Lee Glenholmes for her clinical expertise, compassion, and mentorship. Lee has supported countless nurses, patients, and families. Truly one of a kind.

The winner of Valued Partner’s Award is…Sean’s Place, for always going the extra mile to work with the Trust and males facing difficult times as a result of their mental health. Without their support there would be an increased pressure on services and the community.

The winner of Excellence in Leadership Award is Melanie Davies, who has showed incredible strength and empathy after the loss of her close friend and Deputy Manager Toni Moore. Melanie supported the team through their grief, offering support and guidance during a very difficult time.

The winner of Employee of the Year, is… Anjola Folorunsho. Each month we have an Employee of the Month Award and Anjola has won this overall for the year, congratulations!

The winner of the Shining Star Award is…Cherylnn Harper for setting up a group for people with young onset dementia along with their family/carers. Cherylnn works hard at helping people create new memories and ensuring their dementia journey is positive. Her enthusiasm is inspiring.

The winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award is…Carol Anne Murphy for going above and beyond to support staff, students and our service users in CAMHS. Carol Anne makes sure the young people and their families are at the centre of everything she does.

The winner of the Your Choice Award is… Collette Irving for continually encouraging and supporting our service users to become volunteers, some of which are now permanent staff. Collette’s dedication, compassion and kindness shines through in all she does - well done Collette!
