We are relaunching our guide to reducing restrictive practices which gives us an important opportunity to revitalise our commitment to one of our primary Perfect Care goals
We consider that the updated and fully revised guide will provide an essential framework for us to restore and improve our clinical environments. To enable us to support the person-centred, flexible, and compassion-based services that are at the heart of Mersey Care.
We are confident that the revised guide provides a clear pathway by which staff can deliver a culture of continuous improvement, building on the national award recognition we have already achieved. We hope it will positively contribute to your practice and enable us to reach for our ambition of delivering Perfect Care to the people we serve.
