Is your child up to date with immunisations?
When your child starts nursery or primary, they will be learning and playing with more children. If they are not up to date with their jabs, they could be at risk of catching preventable diseases.
Pre school jabs include:
- MMR at one year
- MMR 2 at three years four month
- Booster at three years four months.
If you are unsure if your child is up to date, please contact your GP.
Your local Knowsley Immunisation Team will be attending school between September and December to deliver the flu vaccine.
Please look out for the link through school to complete the consent form online in September or contact our team on 0151 351 8805.
