GPs and other healthcare professionals can refer patients to the service when they need a blood test to be taken. You will need to provide your patient with their blood test form and ask them to book an appointment at one of our clinics using the booking line number (details can be found on the service page).
If you have a patient who is housebound and therefore cannot attend one of our clinics, we offer a domiciliary service. This is strictly for housebound patients. If you need to make a referral for a housebound patient, please use our domiciliary referral form.
IMPORTANT: When you refer a patient to our service, please make sure you have given them a copy of their blood test form to bring to the appointment with them. Without this, we are unable to carry out the appointment.
