Visiting arrangements

Visits to service users in our adult mental health and older adult/complex care mental health inpatient wards in Liverpool and Sefton must all be pre-booked.

All visits within these services are to be arranged directly with each inpatient area. Patients may be allowed more than one visit per week and more than visitor at a time, however this will need to be agreed in advance with the ward team.

Children may also visit inpatient areas, but again this must be agreed in advance of a visit by the ward’s multidisciplinary team, and they should be booked for designated family rooms.
