Who we are
We are here to help and support older people with mental health problems such as severe anxiety and depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in Halton. We can also support carers of older people with mental health problems.
Once you have been assessed by your care coordinator, they will then work with you to devise a care plan to meet your needs that were identified during your assessment.
Within your care plan, which you will be asked to sign to show you agree with the contents, will be guidance around what you should do if you are ever experiencing a mental health crisis.
Who is our service for?
We help people aged 65 years and over in Halton who have mental health problems like anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
How to access our service
If you are age 65 or over and are experiencing mental health problems, make an appointment to see your GP, who will be able to talk through your symptoms with you and make a referral to our service for you if they think we can help.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need urgent help, visit our help in a crisis page to find out what to do.
