The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They will be inspecting our Trust soon. They aim to make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to improve.
The great care and professionalism of staff enabled Mersey Care to be rated 'Good' in the past and there’s a lot of great work going on to make sure our next inspection goes well.
You can find out more about CQC from the website www.cqc.org.uk
