If you feel mentally unwell you should seek the advice of your GP. If you are unsure you could ask someone you trust to help you seek help.
If you need medical help fast, use NHS 111 online or by phone. It’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and they’ll know the best service for your treatment need. They can also book you in to be seen at your local urgent treatment centre / walk-in centre, or you can turn up without an appointment.
However, for life threatening emergencies, please dial 999 or go straight to A&E.
