The Life Rooms

The Life Rooms is a warm and friendly community hub that promotes positive mental health and wellbeing for all. Everyone is welcome to drop in and speak to a member of staff, sign up to a course or group, or simply relax and enjoy a drink in the café and a chat with friendly volunteers.

There are three Life Rooms at:
