Who are we and what do we do?
We wanted to have a chat with you but were unable to. This leaflet gives you some information about our team as well as how to contact us.
Our team can support you with many vulnerabilities and needs and offer support or signpost you to appropriate support:
- Mental health
- Learning disabilities
- Substance misuse
- Domestic abuse
- Housing and benefits
- Gambling
- Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Groups (BAME) support
- Veteran
- Social isolation.

We are not a crisis service so if you feel that you are in mental health crisis and need support you can visit the mental health crisis team at:

The Life Rooms
The Life Rooms is a warm and friendly community hub that promotes positive mental health and wellbeing for all. Everyone is welcome to drop in and speak to a member of staff, sign up to a course or group, or simply relax and enjoy a hot drink in the café and a chat with friendly volunteers.
