During June and July, we completed a programme of engagement events with our staff called 'Your Voice Your Change'.
During October, we are repeating these events with our service users, patients, carers, their families and the public.
The sessions aim to help us to fully understand both the service user, carer and staff experience and identify the actions that we can take together that will have the biggest impact.
Given the wide range and complexity of our services, it’s more important than ever that we take time to stop, listen and hear your views.
These facilitated conversations will be hosted by an executive team member and senior managers and ask the same three questions:
- What do you think is working well?
- What could be better?
- What new things can we try?
