Looking after mental health is just as important as looking after physical health. Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, low, or just not yourself, help is available.

This page is here to guide you to the right support in your area. We have drop in sessions, so you if you need us before your appointment – you can just turn up. No matter how big or small your problems are, our staff are available they can offer advice and help when needed contact your local service for details.

We will work with you to decide what you need to have good mental health and wellbeing. We will help you get support for problems early before they get worse, and to act quickly if they do.

Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services, (sometimes known as CAMHS), help children and young people up to age 25 with their emotional and mental health and wellbeing.
