THE PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY IS TO DEFINE THE KEY PRINCIPLES FOR HYBRID WORKING AND ENSURE THEY ARE APPLIED CONSISTENTLY ACROSS THE FOOTPRINT OF THE TRUST.
THE POLICY ALSO AIMS TO SIGN-POST COLLEAGUES TO OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION, NOT UNIQUE TO HYBRID WORKING BUT, THAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED WHEN MAKING DECISION ABOUT NEW WAYS OF WORKING.
