Lee Taylor has been appointed as Mersey Care's new Chief Delivery Officer as part of the Trust's new leadership arrangments.
He is a registered nurse with over 30 years experience of working in the NHS and will be a voting member of the Board of Directors. Lee will also contribute to the development of the Trust strategy, policy and share responsibility for the strategy, governance and performance management.
As part of the role, Lee will focus on improving delivery, embedding quality improvement and optimising the transformation of our clinical services, and work collaboratively across the integrated care system.
Lee was formerly Chief Operations Officer for the Community Services Division, overseeing their integration into Mersey Care, and became the Trust's Director of Operations in 2022.
