Abacus Sexual Health Service are currently experiencing a higher volume of calls and demand than normal but our staff are doing their best to answer all calls as soon as possible and accommodate requests for appointments.
Our patients remain our top priority and we want to provide you with the care you require, as quickly as possible.
Please be patient and respectful to our staff during this busy period, including on Saturday 4 September, when we have limited, temporary capacity and we will only be dealing with emergency consultations. Those patients who have no symptoms but want tests or access to contraception can access these services online.
Please note: Abacus is currently running a limited service while we introduce a new computer system. Routine appointments are not available during this time.
