We’re recruiting for three Non-executive Director posts
We are taking the opportunity to look at service redesign with a much broader community and partnership involvement. To deliver this we recognise that we need the specialist skills of Non-executive Directors who have:
Post 1 Non-executive Director who was an academic clinician at a university with experience of population health, data science, clinical research and grant applications.
Post 2 Non-executive Director with Board level management experience of risk management systems, governance processes and use of digital systems as part of change management.
Post 3 Non-executive Director with Board level management experience of equality, diversity and inclusion, change management, governance and research processes.
You’ll join a high performing, ambitious Board developing the highest quality services, supported by cutting edge innovation and research. We’re a unified Board but have very different backgrounds, skills and ages. So if you’ve experience of:
- Being an academic clinician, or
- Risk management/digital systems as part of change management, or
- Equality, diversity and inclusion/change management/research …
