We offer free and confidential support for adults aged 16+ who are registered with a Liverpool GP. Whether you're dealing with stress, persistent worries, or feeling down, our team provides practical tools and techniques to help you feel more in control.
You'll work with a psychological wellbeing practitioner or therapist to set manageable goals and build skills to improve your mood and wellbeing. Support options include one-to-one sessions, self-help resources, workshops, and therapies like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) or counselling.
If work-related challenges are adding to your stress, our employment support service can also help you return to, stay in, or find work.
