The Life Rooms are at the heart of our communities
The Life Rooms are there for you throughout the cold, winter months. They offer warm and welcoming spaces where visitors and members can access support. You can find out about social prescriptions to help with the cost-of-living crisis and other practical issues. You can also get support to enrol on courses and find learning opportunities to understand and manage your health and wellbeing. By visiting The Life Rooms you will be able to socialise and build connections with others.
The Life Rooms Warm Hubs are also offering free hot drinks and soups on selected days and times. They have sites in Walton, Belle Vale (Lee Valley), Southport, and Bootle, and our services are open to all of our Mersey Care colleagues. Visit The Life Rooms website to find out more about how the service can support your, your families, or your service users.
Learn about your mental health at The Life Rooms, the sessions will take place at The Life Rooms Walton on 18 December with a theme around 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Visit their website for more information.
