Physiotherapist – Liverpool

We’re looking for a physiotherapist to join our South Sefton Community Services Division. The post holder will be responsible for undertaking holistic assessments of need for patients and their families, which may be highly complex, using the appropriate model of care and evidence based practice.

The Freedom to Speak up Guardian will not get directly involved in investigations or complaints, but will help to facilitate the process where needed as well as ensuring organisational policies in relation to raising concerns are in place and followed correctly.

Ambition Navigator – Liverpool

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join the team at ambition sefton. You’ll be working within a multi disciplinary community service as a keyworker for a group of service users with multiple and complex needs, providing assessment, delivering brief interventions and screening to improve health and outcomes.
