Two support groups are open to for people who care for a Mersey Care service user.

A motivational interviewing skills based carers course aims to provide the carer with the understanding and skills to develop helpful interpersonal and communication patterns. The aim is to use the new skills when confronted with difficult situations. The course runs fortnightly on alternate Tuesdays from 5pm to 6.30pm at William House, Rathbone Hospital.

Carers can join a Support Group at William House for those who support someone currently attending regular therapy within the service.
